“Vampire daughter navigates bloodlust and multiracial identity.”
BookTuber Opinions
This literary fiction follows a young woman who's been a vampire since childhood (turned by her mother) fleeing the nest to find blood, her place, and navigate school. It's not a traditional vampire book—more about figuring out life as an adult, with multiracial identity explored through the vampire metaphor. I placed it here for its spooky element despite the literary tone. Fascinating and interesting, perfect for fall's weird vibe. Really well done overall.
