I started this second book in the Inheritance Trilogy right after finishing the first and I'm about 60 pages in, and I can already tell it's going to be good with vibes I enjoy. We're following a new blind main character named Oree who can only see magic, set in the Shadow City below the Kingdom of Sky, connected to the previous events. There's a romance element involving a character from the first book seeking redemption, and Oree takes in a homeless man that leads to escalating crazy consequences. It's exciting and harmless at first but things get wilder, and I love the elements so far. I'm hoping to finish it in October even though it wasn't on my TBR.
✨I MEAN, IT COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE HONESTLY ✨SEPTEMBER WRAP UP (with a super slow reader) 💕
